How many sessions will I need?
-the number of sessions required depends on:
- your age - you generally heal slower with age.
- the nature of the problem - depending on the
acuteness or chronic condition of the problem.
-most people need between two & ten sessions, beginning at weekly intervals & gradually expanding to 3/6 month intervals. As the nature of the problem improves, you just need occassional maintenance checks. How will I feel after a treatment?
-most people feel physical changes as the body adjusts. This may include a brief period of stiffness or tiredness but more often than not people have a feeling of wellbeing & relief from pain.

How can I help myself after a treatment?
-you can help your body readjust by;
- resting after the treatment
-taking it easy for 24 to 48 hrs
-observe your posture
-drink plenty of water
-avoid hot baths for 24 hrs to stop your body going into its old alignment
-eat simple healthy food to give your body the support of healing itself by being easy & kind to it. Is Chiropractic only used when there is an acute problem?
